I also had fuel with what looked like grey dust in it. I kept a sample (in the original tin) and gave it back to them for analysis.

It's not good that this is happening but to protect our reliability on the track we need to act in the best way and help resolve the issue.

In future if you see particals then return the effected fuel and let ATOL take the necessary action...that's the best way...If it's then not fixed, it would need to be taken further. But first they need to be given a chance.
