The fronts are ok, rears need to be 210, the rear ones you have are ok for wets.Don't know about gearing but if you use rims you have gearing will need to be adjusted. There several tkm drivers on here from hooton who im sure will give you a hand to start with, then with practice you can do it yourself. Most JKH chassis came unpainted some even polished hope this helps.
