when cornering, surely if you have a seat stay bolted between seat and bearing carrier then the weight of the body, plus G-forces are transfered into the bearing hanger, hence applying MORE pressure giving MORE grip to the outside wheel and helping the inside wheel lift ? Surely this must be good !! and if you have seat stays engine side, then surely the weight of the driver/G-force/momentum etc this would help the inside wheel lift ?
