Not sure why there are two but I've been told that the beige ones are slightly harder wearing. Everyone does seem to use the beige one but you're allowed to use either.

You'll also find that the kit contains two of the half moon shaped black diaphrams. You need to use the one that has two holes at each end of the curved slot and bin the one with only one hole. Hope that description makes sense.
