The problem with the CRB check is that it only works if the person being checked is honest. I've been checked a couple of times and if you wanted to cheat the system, all you'd have to do is lie about your previous addresses. Just like Ian Huntley did.

What is the level of risk to kids at karting from kiddy fidlers. Minimal.

I would have thought that kids are more at risk from being psychologically bullied from psycho dads. What checks are there for crazy parents?

The CRB check is expensive and ineffective.

I would advocate chopping the balls off male paedophiles, as for the women in the nurseries that had been in the news recently for kiddy fidling, they should cease to exist.
