The conditions so far this year have been rubbish and have made any proper evaluation very difficult. Yesterday was the best conditions I've had all year for testing at a track I know well.
My kart: EVXX at lower weight with restrictor
derek's kart: viper at higher weight without restrictor.
So I went 0.2 quicker when we are normally much closer on race weekends last year. However, I've been karting on 4 weekends this year and derek hadn't been out since December. I'd say that under those conditions there really isn't anything in it
