Forget all the Health and Safety Posts! Cellulose will do fine!!! When was the last time a scrut checked for a paint code before a stupid stamp date!

For best results spray your design! before laquering, rub down lightly with rubbing compound (for a better result then use toothe paste!!!!) go to a decent car spraying accesoory shop anb buy tinned laquer! plaster the helmet then rub down!!!!

U will have a shinny helmet in the end! weather on your head depends on you LOL!!!
