16.8.4 hubs with a single retaining bolt feature must not protude beyond the end of the axle,unless designed for that purpose and must incorporatea retaining device

ie a circlip!

seriously am i the only driver around there that actually reads the blue book?...shamefull i tell you...your a danger to the sport russ!!!
