ive never balanced my wheels and dont know anyone that does, but that doesnt mean people dont do it.....just an interesting one, ive jus checked the blue book and doesnt hav anything in it as far as i can tell prohibiting you from doing it...even tho i dont like the idea of lead weights on wheels when racing is so close!!

not sure if it will give you an advantage as the wheel/tyre diameter is so small
