I used a Tonykart EVR with a TKM in the cold back in December with the new slicks.

The kart went really well and starting off on that, you won't be at a disadvantage to anyone else - as nobody really knows what the right route it.

However, looking at the new TKM chassis, they all have 50MM axles and are similar in design to the CIK chassis. The tyres for TKM are also now comparable in grip levels to the rotax tyres. I think the EVR would be a really good starting point for TKM this year.

Personally, I'm going with a CIK chassis to start off with. But time will tell if there are better options available.
