what track width front and back have you got?

yes you will find it will understeer a lot, somtimes hopelessly so...

basicaly rule is that if the kart is understeering move the fronts in to give it better bite, but not too much because it will make the back end step out more.....it wil be a lot of trial and error for you to be honest, as the track dries out and you get used to the kart you will get quicker

plus by making lots of changes so early on, it could be the changes that are making you quicker or just the fact you are getting used to it.
