I think you're missing the point.

An engine can leave the factory as an extreme but not fiched OR as an extreme that is fiched. If it's the former, it is down to the person who then fiches it as to how good it is as a race engine.

Even if TKM confirm that the serial number left the factory as an extreme and fiched engine you still don't know if it has the same barrel/head as it left the factory.
