If you send talko an email with your engine number then they will be able to tell you what your engine was when it originally left talko. They can also tell you who it went to and when.

I don't think it really matters in what state it left talko. Everyone has their preference for tuning and machining. So if it left talko as an extreme then they would have done some of the machining. If it didn't then someone else may have done it. The machining will need to have been done, the question I guess you're asking is who did yours originally?
