Not sure on this one. Should an engine sealer be allowed to rent sealed engines???
Does this not encourage unscrupulous builders to aquire good bits from where ever he can... I'm not insinuating/implying anything here - I know how good oggy is. Do the builders/sealing agents control top engines and to a degree dictate results?
I find it a little disturbing that the likes of strawberry find it necessary to rent engines to be competitive - if that is correct.
