If you can find a "good" engine then to keep on top of it will cost an amount each month to keep on top of it, may only be a dyno run but could be a piston, ring, etc....and that is the ONLY way to keep them in tip top condition....

If you hire, then a good (we use Steve Ogden) engineer will initially give what they think is a strong motor and will rely on your feedback and will go out of their way to continually making it stronger or finding something better, at NO EXTRA COST to you and all servicing/new parts will usually be borne by the provider.
