dont just reley on the voltage you want amprege aswell i have a battery tester and it tells voltage amprege and temperture the battery your testing with your meter could read 13 volts and you think that is great but!! you are not getting any amperge reading which is the most important part of starting something the battery is a 7 ah the motor you are trying to start might need 2ah to start but the battery as only got 0.5ah so the battery will go flat quick you think to yourself i will give it a good 24 hour charge and it will give you 13.6 volts but there will not being any amprege battery is no good to save money just go and buy alarm batterys 7ah you can buy them for Ł18.00 and use them when you practice
