A few gears ago when the British Gearbox GP was last run at Pembrey the MSA ran a Rotax Max class on the full 1.5mile circuit which was attended by about 8 karts. the racing was close all day and the eventual winner was Nathan Freke. The only problem that appeared for the Max's was the exit from the tight Hatchetts harpin when geared for the rest of the circuit. If my memory servs me correctly they were over 100 mph on most of the rest of the circuit so possibly quite a thrill.
I have some connections there and you have now got me thinking about a private test so I can see what its like.
