Neal, back on the lights subject you say "The present lighting is OK for prokart but not full on 2/ racing", why can't you apply the 'Fog' rule?

When visibility is obscured between any two
adjacent Flag Marshal Posts, racing or practice must
be stopped, and abandoned if there is no reasonable
prospect of conditions improving within two hours.
