Again I must be missing something as the rule seems really clear:

"The king pin bolts must be centrally positioned in both the frame stub axle mounts and stub axles"

To me that seems clear regardless of the caster / camber angles. The king pins must fit in the centre of both upper and lower holes in the frame stub axle mount and not be adjustable. This can only be achieved with concentric reduction bushes 22mm O/D (or in some cases 12mm O/D) and 8 or 10 mm I/D in both top and bottom mounts.

I agree it is always possible to cheat but that is not my point. Neutral pills top and bottom is easy to fit and easy to police (although quite expensive if you pay OTK prices!)

Saxon are doing sets on ebay for Ł20.
