50mm is better across the range and absorbs the bumps better and in the wet is as quick as any and you can get the rear track exactly where you want with the right hubs and rims and you can get soft/med/hard as well so can change if you like as well.
I have backed to back them and datalogged and 50mm was great and felt good as well.
