I have found removing/fitting bearings in the cassettes on our Tonykarts difficult. Best if you can hold the cassette in a vice with soft lipped jaws and then use the axle, or anything that will give leverage, to rotate into or out of the vertical. As previously mentioned you do need to make sure that they are fully in and lined up with the cutouts before rotating.
