Make sure you fit them the correct way around. i.e. with the locking collars facing the correct way. If you take note on an OTK carrier the clamp bolt should be visible from the rear of the kart and depending on which of the 3 carriers you are fitting the locking side will face the other way on the centre one than to the outer ones. Brake side has the collar to the left of the carrier when viewed from the rear as does the sprocket side but the optional 3rd bearing mounts with the collar on the right.
