haha i had th esame problem when i first started. im assuming the hole in your bearing carrier seems too small for the bearing???

thats what i thought!

hbasically wither side of the carrier where th ehole is there should be 2 slots...so the hole looks like a circle with a couple of rectangles cut either side of it. hold the bearing carrier in one hand uproght, and the bearing at 90 degrees so its flat, then it should slide int where th eslots are, then rotate it into place...simple
