Try these:

LOW SPEED = 1 1/2 TO 1 3/4

HIGH SPEED = 1/8 TO 1/4

Start with the later settings that way you'll run it a bit rich and can turn the jets in the the lower settings if needs be. Might be an idea to get a nice new plug when doing this. I'd take all the fuel out of the tank, stick it in your car - if it hasn't got a catalytic converter that is and mix up a new batch. Buy an inline fuel filter just to be sure, easier to put on than an in tank one. The fact the plug was soaked suggests it's running to rich.
