Hey gang

Just a noob question is it the more teeth the sprocket has the higher the Acceleration or vice versa?

Also the tracks I race at suggest 80 for competitive gearing, however the karts a high revving 100cc, should I put more or less teeth on to be kind to the engine, (pre long the rebuild time)? And by how much? (E.g. 80 is competitive so 72 or 88)

Is there anything else that can be done to help pre long the times before rebuild?

Cheers
