Its taken a while but I now the proud owner of a 2007 Parolin Rotax Max kart!! yes my girlfriend is the best! It was a birthday present for my 28th yesterday!

As I am 100% new to this I am sure will be at hand for any help!

I am looking at completeing ARKS test and other required legalities around April for my first msa race. but one question. am i able to race in non msa events straight way or would i still have to get a licence etc?
