The smartycam gps is 5 times more accurate than the standard gps module. It also synchronises the video with the recorded data. You will be allowed to use gps in Rotax from Jan 2010. If officials do not permit the camera element, you should only need to blank off the lens. you will still be able to use the camera for practice, and you will still have the benefit of better accuracy.
