Take the carb off, use this opportunity to clean it thoroughly (there is a guide as to how on this website) then wrap it in clingfilm and store in under your bed. Either empty the radiator COMPLETELY of make sure you have definitely got enough anti freeze in there. Ideally, store your engine inside somewhere as well, bottom of a wardrobe in a cardboard box would be good.
