The important difference being of course is that they don't sell it as a chassis!

You have to buy the engine as well and then you have to run in a monopoly with only one national grid and you must buy only Birel spares which are not cheap.

Whereas the storm can be used in Blue, TKM and the Max using any after-market spares, which will make a big difference to your running costs.
