You should find a spare lead on the coil with a female bullet connector.

you need a switch that you can mount on the nassau panel.

One terminal of the switch will go back to the coil connector and the other terminal needs to be connected to earth.

Label the switch so that when it is on or shorted, that is the OFF position, ie the switch is shorting the coil connector to earth.

Just use ordinary wire that you find in a car accessory shop but be careful to isolate around the places where you cable tie it to prevent the wire rubbing through and killing the engine when you least expect it.
