If you can mechanic yourself, then it can be quite cheap.

New Engine with Rebuild - say £2K-£2.5K

..but if you have that...

9 Races, 9 Sets of Tyres - £1000
9 Entry Fees + 1 Practice Day - £1000

£2K all year.

More Races, more testing, more expense.

When your a mechanical "numpty" like me, it can get expensive because your paying for mechanics.
Then you need a budget.
