unfortunutly i found out this year u do have to spend money to win even in tkm, at the start of the year i was cutting corners trying to save cash, running tyres for a few meets using old fuel etc but spent the money n done a whole lot better, its with anything really u get what u pay for if u want to win u need new tyres, fresh fuel, the big names charging big money for engine rebuilds...its just the way it goes
