fair point hadn't thought of that but at the moment you have to change like for like. A change of axle diameter could affect the brakes as a different brake disc carrier and possibly disc may be required.

As for saying it in the rules, i didn't know thats why i asked, does anybody know of a class where you can currently change axle diameter(again i'm only asking

I'm just asking to see what other people think.
