Carlton Kirby is not a good commentator, he normally does DTM coverage but thats not on Eurosport anymore so he has been getting involved in other stuff like MotoGP, GP2 etc...

His "style" is to rant and rave everytime someone does anything resembling a move, very frustrating.

I was disappointed to hear his voice when the coverage started, now Toby Moody - he would do the job very well.
