I ordered a Tonykart nose cone sticker about a month ago. I was a bit weary because I too had heard of very long waiting times and poor service. However, I took the gamble and in my case I had the sticker kit the very next day so I cannot fault them.
Maybe if they have the stickers you want in stock you get it right away but if it's not in stock that's where the delay is, but they should tell you if that is the case and not ignore you.
The sticker quality is good though.
