Sounds like a carb made by Redhill Racing (RR)in the early/mid 1980's. You won't buy a new one now I'm afraid. All the pump and metering section should be Tillotson so you can rebuild using the usual HL repair kit. The only other wearing parts are the slide and springs that could be easily made. Conversly I'll swap it for a Tillotson if you are interested!!
