Yes its a subaru starter. Not just as simple as hooking it up though. The starter needs to be cut in a certain point then depending on the model of the starter you have to fiddle with the brushes. You'd be better picking up a cheap 2nd hand one.

Otherwise a seatbelt wrapped around the rear wheels and some strong arms will get the kart started on the stand :)
