I have no idea what kind of gearing you'd need, but i've heard times around 1m45 for a Senior Rotax round Cadwell. It is doable. I thing Coningsby Kart Club do it.

If you get in touch with the British Superkart Association they'll be able to direct you in the right place I think (www.superkart.org.uk)
