The gearing table is based upon details gleaned from this site and individuals. If you know better then please let me have the details.
The Wombwell Jnr TKM figures are based upon details from drivers at the circuit. They expected to rev up to 16200, which is not enough to "throw a rod".
Remember, the figures provided are purely a starting point. You just have to test, test and test some more to find the ideal setting. A lot depends on overall kart setup and driving style.
