There is a lot of variables affecting bore life:
1. How often the rings are changed
2. How often the piston is changed
3. The amount of oil used
4. The type of oil used
5. The carburettor settings used
6. The amount of wet weather running
7. The piston/bore clearance given by the person who honed it
8. The surface finish given by the honer
That all said though, you're after a number so I would say that reliability would not be an issue up to at least 40 hours use, although performance would be beyond 10 hours.
