We need to make the class affordable and open/appealing to racers but not at the expense of the safety or quality of racing. Tbh last year in the OEKC we raced a 1992 ARC with extreme motor and although it had no lead it was running in the top 6 of a field of Rotax and Bilands so why not be allowed to run them in MSA racing? Its a perfectly good chassis with plastic bodywork. I disagree with the whole CIK chassis thing, because then you are into the arguments of different tyres etc. Keep it simple! Have a 115cc and 100cc category in the same race and you can use any TKM homologated chassis as long as it has full bumpers and plastic bodywork.
