Allow CIK chassis. Allow ex-homologation older chassis. Allow 100cc BT82 engines in seniors etc... Open the regs right up to entice people to bring the karts out of their sheds and race them. If TKM is to be the budget class, then let people 'run what we brung' and there's the best chance of getting more people out.

By the way, I've already made my comments know to Tal-ko, so let's see if they take them on board.
