Hi,

I have recently bought a TKM kart. Its a Wright O2P-uk chassis, 1995 if I remember correctly. It is fitted with a BT82 engine with the purple restrictor in. At the minute the carb is setup pretty much perfect but I want to take the restrictor out as I have absolutely no need for it.

Does anyone have a step-by-step guide on how to set the BT82 up once I have removed the restrictor?

Also without trying to start a battle, what are the rules changes next year according to TKM? I think I will want to race next year but obviously with having an older chassis, I dont know the full rules and regs?

What exactly would I need to do to be able to race, licenses etc.. and what sort of price am I looking at?

Is there anywhere I can find out rules and regs for how the kart must be setup? As I used to have taper locks on either side of my bearing housings on the axel. This was to stop the axle slipping the the poxy grub screws that are used to hold it in place. I was told this would not be allowed.
