You can buy different sets of hubs but those will be fine.
A quick test for a bent chassis is to put it on level ground, sit in and get someone to try lifting the front left wheel - just using their fingers inside the wheel rim. the repeat with the right hand side. if one side lifts much easier than the other then there is a good chance it is bent. You can also taest by driving down the straight and take your hands off the wheel briefly - if the kart pulls left or right then this also indicates a bent chassis.
Ideally get it on a flat bed but these tests should give you an idea,
