OK - engine back now.

It seems that there are 3 pistons for the Fr 125 Max engine. A 97, 98 and 99mm.

The engine barrel has a code on the top. AB or B. The AB barrel takes the 97 and 98 piston under normal conditions, and the B Barrel takes the 99 piston only.

You learn something new every day...

Running in was advised with a really rich jet and old spark plug at 3%.

Good news is I now have 151 psi - back from 110 a week ago.
