The exhaust can be pulled free by chassis flex if mounted too tightly , use thick rubber and dont do the bolts too tight , if they are nylocked they wont come undone.
Also check the angle of the exhaust in relation to the exhaust manifold as it may be that it sits to low on the ball socket join and runs out of articulation and pulls free . You can double up on the exhaust springs as well but 2 new ones should be more than good enough .
