Just read about the new proposed clubman class in the latest Karting mag.

Has anyone on here signed up for the September meeting at PF ?

Personally, I can’t help thinking that it is the right idea but at the wrong time. By the wrong time I mean that I can’t see it working due to the economic reasons. I really hope that I am wrong because it is reminiscent of the old National days where the previous homologated engines drop down to the clubman class.

It does seem to have everything covered, reliable engines, proper carb, sensible tyres that don’t break your ribs and last longer than 40 laps, open chassis, no stupid commercial revenue generating seal etc

If there is a heavy weight class COUNT ME IN !!
