bottom end and ignition doesn't contribute as much as the barrel and wouldn't really make an engine suffer.
The answer to your question is really all the new barrels all come out quick and equal and everyone who has bought one have said they are very quick and are equal. however there might be old cast engines that could be a bit better.It is worth investing
