I dont know the chart you mention but lets say it was based on sound logic...

Just like jetting software you have to start somewhere and adjust jets until you find the sweet spot for the day/moment.

The chart and the software both need to be offset by this amount to work in future.(the base setting of any software is just that ... a base setting)

The software calculates the variables but still just offsets the '1st',base setting.

So... to use what you have now I dont see why you could not do the same offset for the chart.

What you do need tho' is a portable weather station to be more proactive with jetting rather than reactive.

Obv' all just my opinion...
