If engine is turning over well and there is a spark at the plug then its looking like a fueling issue .
Use air pressure to blow fuel from tank thru fuel pump to carb to prime system as if it got drained then it can take a while at low cranking speed to get the fuel up.
Confirm fuel entering carb . If needed remove carb bowl and manually operate the float cut off valve to verify opening and closing as may have a blockage . Check small filter in the side of the carb as it has fine mesh and is easily blocked if no other fuel filter is used .
